For Doris & I, Gennaro is one of the best chefs, not only in Italy, but in the entire world, beside the Michelin stars, he is humble, warm, genuine, and friendly, and he has infused those qualities into his staff, from the receptionist, to the waiter, to the sommelier, and of course his kitchen staff, and all that is complemented by his creativity as a master chef, utilizing predominantly local produce, and shaping them into outstanding dishes, it's always a great pleasure to dine at La Torre del Saracino when around the Amalfi Coast, as a matter of fact it's the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast
